How to be morning person

You aren't Morning Person??
OK, if heard that starting your day by waking up early in the morning and start working early can create SUCCESS for you.
Don't get me wrong, I used to hate to get up early in the morning and sleepy all day long. But after I discovered and did researches about having motivation to start working early, I learnt some tips that are totally appropriate with me and I would like to share with you some of them.

Here are some facts that will create you as a morning person. All of these facts are very basic and you all can follow them. All tips can be done before you go to bad and in the morning.

  1. You need to plan an exciting breakfast to look forward to it.
  2. You have to sleep in total darkness. Because Melatonin to sleep Hormone is only produced in the dark.
  3. You should drink water before going to bad. It is very relaxing and very rejuvenating.
  4. You have to schedule your most important plans for the morning so you are excited to get up and do it.
  5. You should turn off your phone. (you know why)
  6. If you want to, you can also read a book before you good to bad but not online ebooks because you know how internet can keep you awake all night.
  7. The final thing is to put alarm across the room so you can't hit the snooze button and go back to sleep again because at least you need to get up and turn it off.

I hope these little tips can help you go to sleep quickly and get up fresh in the next morning and have productive day.
